Step 2: Supporting Documents

Before granting approval to activate a valid Great Southern Rail Seniors Concession Travel Card, Great Southern Rail requires all individual registrations be accompanied by a photocopy or scanned electronic copy of both your existing Seniors Card AND proof of ID with an address such as a driver's license. If these validation requirements are not met, your new Great Southern Rail Seniors Concession Travel Card cannot be issued.

Upon submitting your registration you will receive an email which you must forward to Great Southern Rail with attached copies of your Seniors Card and Proof of ID such as a drivers license. Or, print the email and attach photocopies of your Seniors Card and Proof of ID and mail it to Great Southern Rail (instructions will be included in the email).
